Manila-based culinary/F & B consultant, brand endorser, lifestyle cooking show host, entrepreneur & owner of Salud by Adrillana (catering and culinary consultancy company) celebrity Chef Michelle Adrillana will be showcasing modern Filipino dishes, which she fondly calls her ‘world on a plate’ at the Filipino Food Festival, a three-day event to be held at the Rove Trade Centre Hotel organized by the Philippine Consulate in Dubai, PAL, and The Filipino Times which aims to highlight Philippines’ rich culinary background through a buffet of gourmet Filipino food.
Aside from bringing Filipino flavors have been given modern twist to perfectly suit the taste of expats and residents in the UAE, Chef Michelle will also perform a live cooking demo to give the guests the full experience.
With decades of experience being an international chef, Chef Michelle is a Filipino chef who has the passion to introduce the Philippine cuisine to the whole world.
She has partnered with the Philippine government numerous times, has been featured in international newspapers, and has joined international food festivals, dialogues, and cooking demos including the Best of Events International in Westfallen Hallen & Wild Exhibit Europe in Dortmund, Germany.
She has also participated in various Filipino Food Promotions in Bahrain, Qatar, South Korea, Australia and China and has partnered with hotels such as Marco Polo, Marriott, Intercontinental, Sheraton, Hilton, and Westin.
Highlighting the Philippines’ rich culinary experience, the event coincides with the celebration of the Filipino Food Month this April, instituted by President Rodrigo Duterte through Presidential Proclamation no. 469 s. 2017.
