A Filipina OFW in Dubai is making her mark in Saudi Arabia’s entertainment industry.
Lara May Patricio is gracing television screens all over the Middle East as a regular cast of the comedy series “Selfie 3” shown via MBC Network.
Patricio plays the role of Monica, a nanny of a demanding family.
Other members of the series include Arabs Got Talent judge Nasser Al Qasabi and actors Remas Mansoor, Tariq Al Harbi, Habeeb Al Habeeb, and Abrar Alkhafaji.
Patricio used to deliver coffee and tea to the channel’s staff and was given a minor role in the show until she became a regular cast member.
“Another Unforgettable Experience! Thank you so much Mr. Emad and Sir Aws for the opportunity to act. I enjoyed everything and I will forever treasure this beautiful experience,” Patricio captioned the photo poster on her Facebook page.
Patricio was previously seen in an MBC-led social experiment “Al Sadma” about a maid maltreated by her employer.
