Civil Service Commission holds exam for Pinoys in Saudi

Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Saudi Arabia do not need to go back to the Philippines to take the Civil Service Exam, as Civil Service Commission (CSC) takes the test to Saudi Arabia.

In a report by iRadio, CSC’s Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) will be held in the second quarter of 2020 in Riyadh, to not only give the organization time to prepare and coordinate with other agencies, but to also give Filipinos an ample time to review. It will be authored by Engr. Mario Balboa, and will be organized in cooperation with Philippine Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Adnan Alonto, as well as Vice Consul Alexander Estomo

The Civil Service Examination is one of the most taken government examinations in the Philippines, and one of the most difficult, as only 10 to 12 percent of the total number of examinees pass. This test determines whether the applicant is fit to work in the government, as it provides civil service eligibility—one of the requirements to be considered for a government position.
