Love and Christmas are definitely in the air for this couple!
An Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), arriving from Hong Kong after two years, was welcomed by her partner and two children at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) –- with an extra special twist.
Lealyn Fernandez was greeted by Rodolfo Sullivan together with their two children, after which Sullivan brought out a ring and proposed to his long time live-in partner.
Fernandez accepted Sullivan’s proposal because she believes their marriage will definitely make their family stronger.
“Salamat kasi hindi niya pinabayaaan mga anak namin. Tiwala lang din, tsaka mahal ko po siya,” Fernandez told GMA News.
Sullivan for his part said trust is the foundation of their relationship.
“Tiwala lang sa isa’t-isa. Kung ano hindi pagkakaintindihan, pag-usapan. Mahal na mahal kita,” he added.
