A senior high school student who beautifully sang his own rendition of the song “Bulong” by band December Avenue.
Jonathan Huarde, the uploader of the now viral video, told The Filipino Times (TFT) that this student’s name is Mark Romeo Martinez.
Huarde said Martinez is a student of the ICCT Colleges Cainta Main Campus.
Martinez went to their classroom at that time to sell “graham balls”.
“Sa klase namin yung video na ni post ko first time sa room namin yun, iba ibang room kase binebentahan niya ng graham ball,” he told TFT.
Huarde added that it was their teacher who asked Martinez to sing.
He decided to take a video of Martinez and was surprised that it became viral.
Even December Avenue’s vocalist and guitarist Zel Bautista lauded Martinez performance.
On his own Facebook account, Martinez thanked him for praising his singing.
The video now has more than 16,000 shares and more than 3,900 plus reactions on Facebook since it was uploaded last Oct. 23.
