On-screen couple Julia Barretto and Joshua Garcia was spotted having dinner together amid speculations they have already broken up.
As seen in the photo uploaded by director Mikhail Red, the celebrity couple was seen hanging out with actresses Dimples Romana and Maris Racal.
All five of them are busy working for the film “Block Z”.
Rumors have it that Garcia and Barretto called it quits but neither of them has confirmed it yet.
The rumors intensified when Barretto did a vlog with actress Erich Gonzales wherein the former talked about heartbreaks and peace without mentioning Garcia’s name.
When Gonzales asked Barretto if she is currently in love, in the said vlog, the latter gave a rather cryptic response.
“I am very much in love with the peace I have gained just recently. It’s not with anybody… Sorry, I’m not trying to say I’m not in love with anybody. I’m just in love with the peace that I have gained,” she said.
Barretto also said she had to let go of some toxic people in her life; she did not mention who they are.
“Minsan may mga nakakasama ka na hindi mo na alam na iyon pala ‘yung nag-di-disturb ng inner peace mo. There are some toxic people na you still entertain in the hopes na, sana hindi siya ‘yung nag-di-disturb ng peace ng peace mo.
“Sometimes you have to come face-to-face with reality and with the fact na there are some people who really disturb that peace. It takes a lot courage and strength to acknowledge that fact. Sometimes you have to choose ‘yung pangmatagalan, your own good, ‘yung nakakabuti sa soul mo,” she said.
