Liza Soberano sends emotional message to Angel Locsin

Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin has finally aired her opinions regarding Liza Soberano’s resignation from the modern adaptation of “Darna”.

In an interview with TV Patrol, Locsin said that she tried to send a message to Soberano after she found out that the latter has withdrawn from the said movie project.

It can be recalled that Locsin was originally chosen to reprise her role as Darna and appear on the said modern adaptation.

However, she backed out from the role due to her spine injury in 2017.

After Locsin resigned, Soberano was chosen to be her replacement, but she also unexpectedly backed out from the film last Friday due to her severe finger injury.

When asked to give a message to Soberano, Locsin said, “Hindi kasi ito ang katapusan ng lahat for Liza eh, alam nating marami pang mangyayari.

Locsin also clarified that she will not be reclaiming the titular role.

As of now, Star Cinema is looking for a another actress to play the role of Darna.
