French shoe designer Christian Louboutin was spotted donning a Barong Tagalog.
He was seen attending a dinner event hosted by Vogue Brazil and designer Alexandre Birman wearing none other than the Philippines’ national attire for men.
As seen in the Instagram Story updates of fashion influencer Eva Chen and businesswoman Olivia Palermo, the creator of the famous red-bottom shoes was wearing a grayish-blue Barong Tagalog at the said event.
Louboutin opted to pair the Barong Tagalog with dark gray trousers and a pair of red and white loafers.
It can be recalled that Louboutin visited the Philippines in November last year and even introduced a collection of bags inspired by the country, called Manilacaba, which were made with locally produced weaves.
