The Popstar Royalty marked her comeback on ASAP last May 27 with an unforgettable performance.
Geronimo returned to the ASAP stage on May 27 wherein she performed a medley of Camila Cabello’s “Sangria Wine” and Ariana Grande’s “No Tears Left To Cry”.
After her performance, Geronimo said that she missed performing on the show and also thanked her fans who watched her “This 15 Me” concert in the United States.
After her message, Geronimo’s co-hosts, Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Piolo Pascual, joined her onstage to give their personal messages to the Popstar Royalty.
“No matter what achievement, I will always be proud of you. Alam mo iyan. Yung friendship namin goes past all the cameras that you see,” Manzano said.
While Domingo said, “Ako naman, whatever happens, I take inspiration from you. I learn a lot from you. Grabe ka, ‘yung talent at puso mo. Popster talaga ako pero dito sa ‘ASAP,’ kapamilya kami.”
For his part, Pascual, who was also Geronimo’s leading man in the movie “The Breakup Playlist”, gave an assuring message to the 29-year-old singer saying that she truly has a place in the industry no matter what happens.
“I only got one thing to say: A lot of stars have come and gone and still a lot of them will come and go, but your star will always remain. We just want you to know that we love you from the bottom of our hearts,” Pascual said.
It can be recalled that Geronimo had an emotional breakdown during the Las Vegas leg of her concert tour.
Geronimo said that she felt exhausted then and that she felt empty despite having a successful music and acting career.
Several celebrities, including Geronimo’s boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli, has since expressed their love and support to the pop singer.
