Bossing Vic Sotto and “Ang Probinsyano” star Coco Martin are set to work together for a film entry in this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), a report published on PEP stated.
There are no reports yet about the details of the movie and who will direct it, but PEP said that it will a “fun and heartwarming” story with the “possibility of a little bit of action”.
It was also reported that Sotto and Martin may co-produce their film.
During last year’s MMFF, Martin starred on the remake of “Ang Panday”, while Sotto appeared alongside Dawn Zulueta in the movie “Meant To Beh”.
During the grand finals of Pilipinas Got Talent Season 6, comedian Vice Ganda implied that he will also have an entry for this year’s MMFF when he offered contestant Joven Olvido a role in a movie.
Meanwhile, the deadline of the MMFF Script Submission has been moved from May 21 to May 31.
