Comedian and host of the long-running noontime show Eat Bulaga Joey de Leon married his long-time partner Eileen Macapagal through a civil wedding at the Supreme Court in Manila last March 19.
De Leon and Macapagal have been together for more than 30 years.
Wedding photographer Pat Dy uploaded a photo of the couple on Instagram after the ceremony congratulating the long-time couple.
“Finally! Congratulations to Mr Joey and Mrs Eileen De Leon! Two of the most down to earth people you will ever meet,” he wrote on Instagram.
Before the two got together, de Leon was first married to character actress Daria Ramirez with whom he has two children, Kempee and Cheenee de Leon.
He has three children with Macapagal, namely Jocas Eightria, Jako Raphaelle and Jio Sebastian.
De Leon’s Eat Bulaga co-host and friend Vic Sotto and the latter’s wife Pauleen Luna served as witnesses at the civil wedding.
De Leon posted a photo on his Instagram with the caption: “Mr. and Mrs. de L
Eat Bulaga Dabarkads, such as Luna, Allan K, Pia Guanio, Ruby Rodriguez, Ryan Agoncillo, and Tito Sotto, also congratulated the newlyweds on social media accounts.
As seen on another one of Allan K’s posts, the entire Eat Bulaga family was present to celebrate de Leon and Macapagal’s wedding.
