Carlo Aquino said on Saturday said that Angelica Panganiban would always have a special place in his heart.
During the launch of Beau Ang’s book “Para Kay Ex”, Aquino said that he is proud and happy for Panganiban, who wrote the foreword of the said book, for venturing new opportunities in her career.
“Wala na kasi siyang dapat patunayan [sa pag-arte], so libro naman,” Aquino said in an interview with PEP.
Fans of the ex-couple are in hopes that the two will get back together, especially now they’re are both single.
Amid the reactions that they have been receiving from the public, Aquino said that he is good with staying friends with his ex-girlfriend, and that he has no plans yet on courting the actress again.
“Friends, enjoy lang, company, friendship. Court? Wala pa, yun nga fresh pa, sabi nga nila i-enjoy mo,” he said.
“Ako, espesyal siya para sa akin. Hindi ko alam sa kanya. Hindi naman nawala kasi yung closeness, talagang close naman kami.
“Kahit hindi kami mag-usap, once na mag-text ako, ganun pa rin, walang nagbago,” he said.
