Vicki Belo is set to walk down the aisle wearing not one, but four Michael Cinco gowns as wedding bells ring for her and Hayden Kho in Paris next month.
Belo said she has always dreamed of wearing a Cinco dress on her special day, because it fulfills her childhood dream of being a princess.
“I’ve dream about it. [Since] my wedding is in Paris, I wanted to have a Filipino world class designer to do my dress, and that’s Michael. They are really beautiful and I am so happy with the dresses,” Belo said in an interview with Preview.ph.
Belo said she will use two or three gowns on the wedding day and one for a photoshoot. She also lauded Cinco’s team for masterfully crafting her dress.
“For him to come all the way [to Manila] to fit me, he’s such a perfectionist,” she said. “I saw 12 people working on it, beading it. So I am really so excited and I was not disappointed at all.
Cinco, a recipient of The Filipino Times Rizal Award, has designed a number of wedding gowns for Filipino internal celebrities like Marian Rivera, Rochelle Pangilinan, and Swarovski heiress Victoria Swarovski.
