Ayala Land to guide Filipinos in the UAE on investing in the Philippines

One dream that many OFWs have in their lifetime is to buy their own property where they can relax and retire once they settle in the Philippines as well as to have a place where their family can move in to enjoy living together.

This is exactly why Ayala Land International will be organizing a free seminar for Filipinos here in the UAE titled ‘Make Your Move Worth It’ where attendees can learn and know more about property investments and get to select their dream property.

The weekend presentation will highlight and guide each OFW on how they can begin choosing their new homes by highlighting key locations where OFWs and their families can move; an overview of the current state of the Philippines’ real estate market; plus predictions on real estate trends that will help OFW decide which location is best for them to begin building their homes.

“Ayala Land understands the need of OFWs to build a better future for themselves and their families, starting with the basic need of securing a home where their children can grow and be nurtured in a safe environment together with their loved ones as well as a place where they can spend the rest of their lives. This presentation aims to respond to the questions and hesitations that will help OFWs arrive at a sound decision to invest in properties they would treasure forever,” said Anna Tatlonghari, President, Ayala Land International Sales, Inc.
