Friends from show business have come to the defense of Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu over claims that the shooting incident involving her team and unknown gunmen last week was scripted.
Last Wednesday. Chiu’s car was shot along Katipunan Avenue and C. P. Garcia Avenue sa Quezon City.
“Sa totoo lang napakaraming butas ang sanaysay ni Ms. Chiu. I find the story incredible to believe,” former TV host and staunch Duterte supporter Jay Sonza posted on Facebook.
Sunshine Cruz was among the first celebrity to defend Chiu.

“Dahil walang natamaan at walang namatay drawing agad?,” she daid.
Director Jerry Lopez Sineneng also expressed his comment on his social media account.
“Kaya nakakalungot na may taong nag-iisip pa nang ganito tungkol sa pangyayaring naganap kay Kim Chiu. Ang tanong, bakit mag-iimbento ng ganitong kuwento si Kim Chiu? Para saan? Para ano?….Hay….Ang pangyayaring ito ay HINDI po gimik… HINDI po isang publicity stunt … HINDI po scripted…At higit sa lahat hindi po ito isang MALAKING DRAWING,” Sineneng wrote.
Angel Locsin commented on the post and said ‘Nakakaloka’.

Former VIVA Hot Babes member Sheree also sees no reason why Chiu would plan such acts.
“Why would @chinitaprincess risk her life for a publicity stunt. She doesn’t need that,” she said.
