Actress Liza Soberano met her 22-year-old Portuguese-Filipino half-brother who came to the Philippines from the United States last week.
John is the son of Liza’s father, John Castillo Soberano, with a Portuguese woman.
On the other hand, Liza’s mother is Jacqulyn Elizabeth Hanley who is an American woman.
Liza first met John when she went to the US for Christmas last year, according to PEP.ph.
The actress’ talent manager, Ogie Diaz took to Facebook to share some photos of the siblings’ reunion.
The older John was also happy to see his son who he last saw when he was only 6 months old.
Tuwang-tuwa si Daddy John, dahil when he left US, huling kita niya kay younger John ay 6 months old. US in April,” Diaz added.
The talent manager also shared that John has already met his half-sister’s boyfriend, Enrique Gil.
Liza was born in California and was raised by her maternal grandparents. She then moved to Manila when she was only 10 to live with his father.
She has other younger brothers, namely Justin David, Dustin and Jaden.
