TC Candler and The Independent Critics released its annual 100 Most Beautiful Faces list over the weekend and Kapamilya actress and model Liza Soberano was among the top 5 ladies.
Soberano dropped three placed from her spot last year and ranked fourth.
French model Thylane Blondeau was this year’s most beautiful woman. Other women in the top 5 include Audreyana Michelle, Yael Shelbia, and Chou Tzuyu.
This is Soberano’s fourth time to enter the list and is now included in TC Candler’s “Hall of Fame”. She placed 1st in 2017, 2nd in 2016, and 6th in 2015.
Other Filipina celebrities who got included on the list are Nadine Lustre and Jessy Mendiola who placed 70th and 55th, respectively.
The list also include famous actresses, models, and personalities all over the world, including Ariana Grande, Lily Collins, Lupita Nyong’o, Candice Swanepoel, Priyanka Chopra, and Selena Gomez.
Filipina celebrities Kim Domingo and Kathryn Bernardo who made the list last year were not able to get included in this year’s list.
On the other hand, actors James Reid and Daniel Matsunaga were included in the male version of the list.
“Aquaman” star Jason Momoa topped the “100 Most Handsome Faces of 2018” list. Other male personalities in the top 5 include K-Pop star Kim Tae-hyung, internet star Felix Kjellberg, British actor Idris Elba, and Korean singer and dancer Jungkook.
“Unlike most other annual beauty rankings, the 100 Most Beautiful Faces List is not a popularity contest and it is definitely not country specific. It is not about the hottest or the most famous celebrity. Rather, the list attempts to inform & broaden public opinion, instead of reflecting it. The list introduces new faces to countries they ordinarily would not reach,” TC Candler said on their video’s caption.
TC Candler and The Independent Critics have been creating their Most Beautiful Faces list since 1990.
Some of the most beautiful faces in the past years that topped their list are Emma Watson, Emilia Clarke, Camilla Belle, Nana and Jourdan Dunn.
