Kapamilya comedian and host Vice Ganda received mixed reactions from netizens after photos of him together with Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos made the rounds online.
The said photos which were posted on October 21 show Vice Ganda and Marcos arriving at the airport in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental.

“Oh, I forgot Vice and Bongbong history back in 2014,” the Twitter user added referring to the time the comedian met Marcos’ brother, Bongbong, at Aklan airport back on May 5, 2014.
After the posting of the photos, Vice Ganda has received backlash from netizens.

But a day after the photos spread online, Vice Ganda took to Twitter to say that he neither supporting Marcos nor endorsing her candidacy for the 2019 elections.
“May mga taong ginagalit ang mga sarili nila dahil sa kasinungalingang pinaniniwalaan nila na sila lang din naman ang may likha!” Vice Ganda said.

“Ok para sa mga fans ko na nagtatanong. Wala akong pakialam kung anung iteniraryo ni Imee Marcos sa Ozamis nung nakasabay ko sya sa eroplano. Nagpunta ko dun para mang aliw ng mga taga Ozamis City. Di para magendorso ng kahit sinong pulitiko. Di ako endorser ng mga Marcos!” he added.
