Filipina actress Kim Chiu was noticed by yet another international celebrity who even sang her a song.
Chiu joined the Instagram Live session of 19-year-old Canadian singer Shawn Mendes on Wednesday, July 4.
The 28-year-old Filipina actress freaked out and updated her Instagram Stories by uploading a series of photos and videos after she got noticed by Mendes.
As seen in the photos and videos she uploaded, Mendes sang his hit song “Treat You Better”, which Chiu requested.
“OMG! Feels like kinantahan niya ako! Okay I died!” Chiu wrote on her Instagram Stories.
Chiu said Mendes also answered some of her questions and said, “Hi Philippines”.
This isn’t the first time Chiu caught the attention of an international personalities during an Instagram Live session.
In May 2017, she caught the attention of reality stars Kim and Khloe Kardashian when the two went on Instagram Live to answer their followers’ questions.
Chiu asked the Kardashian sisters about their diet routine and if they will ever visit the Philippines.
Kim and Khloe responded to Chiu and the Filipina actress gushed about it on Twitter.

Two months later, she also got a shoutout from Canadian pop singer Justin Bieber who said that he would like to meet Chiu when he comes to the Philippines.
Chiu joined Bieber’s Instagram Live session and said that she is a Filipino fan to which the latter responded, “Chinita, I will see you in the Philippines.”
