Morales filed the kidnapping case against Lee in 2016 after the latter detained their daughter, Ceana, in May that year.
The actress said that her former partner violated the court ruling which allowed him to visit their daughter every Saturday when he detained Ceana from May 13 to 22, 2016.
She added that their daughter experienced “slight behavioral changes” after her father took her.
Lee has previously denied the charges. He has also filed libel charges against the actress but such charges has since been dismissed.
