Claudine Barretto posted on Instagram a screen grab of a netizen’s comment bashing her adoptive daughter, Quia.
Netizen Peggy Enriquez commented on the child’s physical appearance calling her ugly as well as labeling her as “batang lansangan” (street child).
Claudine responded to the nasty comment and challenged Enriquez to make her Instagram account public.
“If you have a problem with my child please be brave enough to say this to my face. Walang ginawa sa’yo si Quia, two years old, iba-bash mo (Quia didn’t do anything to you, she’s two years old and you bash her),” Claudine said in her comment.
Enriquez has deactivated her account after leaving a final comment saying that she was just voicing her opinion.
Barretto has two other children with estranged husband Raymart Santiago – Sabina, 13 and Santino, 9.
