Indeed, there’s just no end to the selection: from beef tapa to tuna kilawin, beef kare-kare, lechon kawali, liempo, Bicol express and, yes, Ginataang Bilu-bilo and Pandan Créme Brule for dessert.
And that’s just for the Filipino cuisine selection.
The brunch also offers Thai and Chinese dishes and so you have authentic Pad Thai, dim sum, Szechuan Chicken, Thai Red Duck Curry, Beef Rendang, and Chicken bihon. Nigiri and maki sushis are also on the spread, along with seven salad bar entries, among them the internationally popular, Thai Papaya salad.
Adding to the fun, aside from the splendid view are “pass-around bites” offered by the staff giving out anything from Wasabe Fries to Mixed Tempura and Ice Lollipops.
All this as a songbird performs alongside a pianist throughout the afternoon.
