The driver of the van that got involved in a fatal accident along the North Luzon Expressway has been charged with reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide.

According to previous reports, at least five people were killed while 10 others sustained serious injuries after a van carrying mostly overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) flipped over while plying on the northbound viaduct of the NLEX in Apalit, Pampanga around noon Saturday, March 23.
