The travel experts have spoken and this central business district in Dubai is one of the world’s must-see neighborhoods for residents and travelers alike.
Representing the emirate’s position as a leading residential and travel destination, Dubai’s Business Bay is included in the list of the “10 of the world’s coolest neighborhoods to visit right now” release by travel media company Lonely Planet.
“Once a soulless expanse of half-built office towers…the area is reinventing itself as a waterfront leisure destination,” Dubai-based travel and lifestyle journalist Lara Brunt said.
With water homes, floating restaurants, marinas, and other leisure and entertainment destinations, Dubai’s Business Bay is one of the world’s neighborhoods that are “ripe for exploration now”.

The 12-km luxury lifestyle hub along the Dubai Water Canal, ise expected to be developed even further over the next few years as parks, hotels, and restaurants will pop up in the area, offering unique lifestyle experiences for residents and visitors alike.
The best neighborhoods list also includes The Triangle in Lisbon, Vesterbro in Copenhagen, and Seongsu-dong, Seoul, among others.
