When Filipinos think of summer – they are immediately taken to visions of the beach, the sea, and delicious meals by the shore, especially since there are specific fruits available only during this period.
Asia Kitchen by Mainland China conceptualized a new menu out of this unique idea and has since introduced their latest summer dishes to capture the taste of these summer ingredients for a limited period only.
The restaurant, located at the Ground Floor of Burjuman Mall, brings together in several dishes aimed to give diners’ palates an exciting experience as if they’ve gone to the beach of different Far Eastern countries to have a taste of their delicacies.
Here are some of Asia Kitchen by Mainland China’s Summer Festival Dishes:

Sliced Fish in Szechuan Broth. Spicy food aficionados shouldn’t miss having a taste of this broth that really brings the heat to the table. While the spiciness is evidently there the moment the broth hits your lips, it complements the flavors of the fresh fish that’s served along with it which balances out the savory flavors.
