Fully vaccinated travelers will be able to visit the Philippines from April 1, according to Malacañang.
“Foreign nationals may enter the Philippines without need of an entry exemption document… provided that they comply with the applicable visa requirements and immigration entry and departure formalities,” acting Deputy Presidential Spokesperson Kristian Ablan was quoted as saying in a press briefing.
Here are the guidelines to keep in mind:
• Foreign nationals, who fulfill visa requirements and comply with the immigration entry and departure formalities, may enter the Philippines without the need of an entry exemption document.
• Under revised rules, fully vaccinated may enter the country as long as they are able to present acceptable proof of vaccination, including those from the WHO and the Philippines.
