The wait for the opening of the highly anticipated wax attraction in the UAE is nearly over.
Merlin Entertainments Ltd (Merlin) has confirmed the world-famous wax attraction, Madame Tussauds, will open in Dubai this year.
“The iconic attraction is set to open its doors later this year, and will provide an interactive fame experience like no other,” Merlin said in a statement.
Residents and tourists can feel the fame as they walk into the star-studded party of a lifetime, where they can meet incredible wax doubles of A-list celebrities, sports icons, and world leaders.
Madame Tussauds Dubai, which is the first wax figure museum in the region, will feature 60 global stars, including 16 brand new wax figures from the Middle East region.
Madame Tussauds Dubai is located next to Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, and will enhance the vibrant destination’s position as one of Dubai’s most attractive tourism destinations.
The first-ever Madame Tussauds experience in the GCC promises to leave tourists and residents feeling amazed, taking unforgettable memories with them.
It is set to be an attraction that truly represents the fascinating world of glamour, sport, music, entertainment all under one roof.
Madame Tussauds Dubai offers seven themed rooms, where guests can step into a Bollywood movie and take a picture with the Badshah of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, or make the impossible possible by taking a selfie with the beauty queen herself, Kylie Jenner.
The themed rooms will allow visitors to have a once in lifetime experience posing next to Cara Delevingne and can even show off their football skills next to the legend, Christiano Ronaldo.
The museum is slated to open in Bluewaters Island Dubai but the exact date is not yet known.
