Released on the occasion of the 123rd Philippine Independence Day celebrations, the video is an ode to each and every overseas Filipino in the UAE healing as a united community.

“Naniniwala ako na kung sino man ang mauunang bumangon ay tayo na ring mga Pilipino. We will heal as one,” said Amb. Quintana on the first part of the video. After which, the video showcases Filipinos across all seven emirates of various professions, as well as Filipino business owners who continue to expand their horizons with the opportunities available here in the UAE.

Clips from various overseas Filipinos in the video show OFWs who have persevered and kept their head high as they coursed through 2020’s challenges. The video is likewise a continuation of 2020’s ‘Liham sa Ating mga Kababayan’.
