Biking is a favorite pastime among Filipinos even here in the UAE – and recently a 70-year-old biker caught the eyes of many residents with his distinct look.
Gil Gener Palomar, now known online as “Mr. Terno” – earned his moniker as he is always seen wearing matching colors on his clothes, bike, and even his face mask.

He said that wearing flashy colors with a bright smile on his face lessens his worries and problems whenever people acknowledge him on the roads.
“Sisigaw sila ‘Idol, okay ka!’ Masaya. Nakalimutan ko ‘yung mga problema ko kapag nakikita nila ako, nila na gano’n, dumadaan ako sa kalsada,” said Gener as per reports from The Philippine Star.
Palomar currently has nine different bikes and clothes specifically for biking including colors such as black, white, orange, blue, purple, yellow, red, green, and his favorite color – gold.
The 70-year-old biker has been in the streets for several decades as he went on to grow his bike collection. He recently went viral due to his unique look whenever he heads out to the streets in his now signature ‘terno’ look.
