After 50 years of being apart, a woman is finally reunited with her long lost wedding ring.
A metal detector enthusiast named Wesley White, heard 94-year-old Florene Bush talking about it when he visited his mother at Leoma nursing home.
Wesley White then talked to Bush and his son, Frank Bush, to ask about the details on how she lost her ring.
Fortunately, they found the ring buried five inches deep when they went to search for it in her garden area. The woman lost it in the 1970s when she was gardening.
According to Florene when interviewed about it by WTVF-TV, she never thought she would see it again and was really thrilled about it.
With the use of his metal detector, it took an hour and 30 minutes for White to find the ring after all this time and reunite it back to the owner.
