The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers in the UAE held their Oathtaking Ceremony for their new batch of officers for 2019, the oathtaking of the civil engineers who have passed the recent Special Professional Licensure Exmas and Year-End party at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers last December 14.
In attendance was Vice Consul Anna Guerra who led the oath taking for the new 2019 board of directors and the new passers. Here is the list of the new batch of officers:
