Nowadays, photos have become the mirror to one’s soul. One photograph can reveal a multitude of emotions and can also distort people’s perceived notions about a particular object, people, or place.
It may come as a surprise to some to know that Cole Sprouse, one of the stars in the hit series adaptation of the well-loved Archie comics, has an eye for photography. But yes, he definitely has it, based on photos he uploads on his Instagram account.
So when he took a brief trip to Manila last month, he made sure to capture Manila in all its mundane state.
The photos he took did not verge on concealing the true face of the city, but it’s Manila, nonetheless, in its colorful splendor. Sprouse’s photos speaks tons about the the FIlipino way of living, something Filipino expats definitely miss.
He was able to capture the faces of Filipinos, as well as some objects that define the streets of Manila.
Sprouse visited the Philippines for a meet-and-greet with fans in an event by clothing brand Bench, which he endorses.
He was spotted walking along the streets of Binondo and taking a stroll inside Lucky Chinatown.
