After being vocal on her relationship with actor Arjo Atayde, some of Maine Mendoza’s fans bashed the actor for supposedly riding on Maine’s popularity.
The two shared their anniversary photo recently and their dance cover ‘Tala’ became viral.
However some rabid AlDub’s (Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza) supporters continue to hope that their idols will end up together.
Hence, the hashtag ‘No To Arjo The User’ trended on Monday.
Maine came to the defense of her boyfriend and even sarcastically congratulated those who made the hashtag against Atayde trended.
“Wow, some “fans” made #NoToArjoTheUser trend today. Congrats! But I say #YesToArjo,” Maine tweeted.
Both hashtags trended with Maine’s loyal supporters expressing their happiness for the actress’ new love.
