Trina Candaza, the rumored girlfriend of actor Carlo Aquino, has received an overwhelming amount of hate on social media ever since the speculations erupted that she is dating the actor.
However, this time around, Candaza is standing her ground and letting netizens know that she has had enough with the bashing.
Through a recent post on her Instagram Stories, Candaza said her haters no longer know how to respect because she has been getting nothing but insults from them.
“Kayo, wala na kayong nirespeto. Ako alam kong lalaitin niyo. Pero pati ba naman bulaklak para sa simbahan nilait niyo din. Mabasbasan sana yung mga mapanlait at matabil niyong dila,” she said.
In a separate Instagram Story post, she said that her haters’ behavior reflects the person they idolize.
“You are the equal of the idol who has given you your inspiration. Kayo? San galing inspirasyon niyo sa ginagawa niyo sa buhay niyo?” she added.
Candaza did not mention anyone’s name but many netizens jumped to the conclusion that the “idol” she was referring to is actress Angelica Panganiban.
It can be recalled that many fans were hoping that Panganiban and Aquino would be able to rekindle their relationship after they became comfortable with each other last year.
Panganiban and Aquino, who became lovers when they were younger, started showing some sweet gestures towards each other and even starred in a film together which gave hope to their fans that they will get back together.
However, despite the netizens’ positive reactions, there were still some who told Panganiban to distance herself from Aquino.
Due to the negativity she has received, Panganiban then said that she would not like to associate herself anymore with Aquino.
Only a few days later, it was reported that Aquino is now dating Candaza.
