A year and a few months remain before Dubai welcomes millions of visitors from around the globe for Expo 2020, and just recently – they have unveiled the three Thematic Districts of the entire expo.
The three thematic districts include: Opportunity, Sustainability, and Mobility.
The Opportunity District will challenge the visitor’s thinking on issues related to basic needs of water, food, and energy by simulating environments of real life individuals who are agents of change in their own communities.
The Sustainability District will have visitors discover innovative global projects that are creating new paths of Sustainability, and aim to entice viewers to pledge to help preserve the planet for future generations.
The Mobility District will have viewers and visitors leap forward in time to enter a virtual world brimming with data, then step into the city of tomorrow.
The completion of the three districts marks ‘one of the most significant milestones’ of the biggest expo that the world will witness as they welcome the beginning of a new decade.
