Video greetings of actors have become a fun way to say hello to their fans. But actor Cesar Montano has shocked netizens with his ‘hello’ to a barangay official of Sta. Ana, Manila on Facebook.
According to netizens’ comments, the actor might have accidentally captured the woman who appears to be ‘naked’ behind him in the frame of his birthday video greeting for the barangay official.
The clip which was originally posted on Facebook by Rolando Olano on Oct. 30 has since been deleted.
However, some netizens were able to save and reupload the video wherein the woman suddenly walks in the background.
Some netizens also say the video that is now making the rounds online might have been edited. Others claim that the woman is wearing a fitted dress.
The resigned tourism board chief has yet to react on the authenticity of the viral video.
