Jolina Magdangal wears most expensive jewelry piece at ABS-CBN Ball

“Magandang Buhay” host Jolina Magdangal was definitely one of the standouts at the ABS-CBN Ball held September 29 at the Rizal Ballroom of Makati Shangri-La, having the most expensive jewelry piece worn by any celebrity at event attended by over 500 of the Philippines’ biggest and brightest stars.

Magdangal wore a pair of diamond earrings together with a diamond-encrusted necklace designed by gemologist-jeweller JJ Jiao, reported PEP.ph.

In an interview with the entertainment website, Jiao said the earrings are “colorless, round brilliant cut diamond stud set in 18k white gold with a total weight of 5 carats.”

Meanwhile, the necklace features diamonds that are “set in 18k white gold with a total carat weight of 23.55 carats”. It also comes with a pendant made of “18k white gold with 6.02 carats oval cut certified fancy yellow diamond designed with a halo of diamonds”.

Jiao did not give the actual price of the necklace but simply gave a hint by saying that “its seven-digit price tag is equivalent to a high-end condo unit”.

A 30-sqm unit at a high-end condominium in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig can cost up to P6 million, according to the real estate website Lamudi.

Aside from her expensive jewelry, Magdangal showed up at the red carpet event wearing a pink gown by Jo Rubio.
