Actor Jericho Rosales has responded to rumors that he usurped endorsements and television projects which were originally intended for John Lloyd Cruz who is currently on showbiz hiatus.
Many people noticed that since Cruz took a break from the show business, Rosales’ career has been blossoming which led some to speculate that the latter is getting Cruz’s projects.
Rosales told PEP.ph that he is no longer thinking about those things, rather he is just waiting for Cruz’s showbiz comeback.
“I’m sad for certain things, but I can’t speak for John Lloyd… I can only speak for myself. John Lloyd is a great person, a great talent and I know na darating siya, babalik siya, and alam ko na maraming tao ang naghihintay sa kanya. Isa ako sa mga tao na nag-aabang na magba-bounce back o kung anuman,” PEP.ph quoted Rosales as saying.
Rosales added that he does not know what is currently happening with Cruz and it would be unfair for him to speak on his behalf.
“I don’t even know what’s happening with John Lloyd, so I cannot really answer. It would be unfair. What I know, it’s clear that our friend John Lloyd is taking a break, and when he comes back, I’m sure he’s gonna pick the best project. It’s going to be easy for him to bounce back,” Rosales said.
