Filipino actress Ellen Adarna was absent during the first hearing of the child abuse and cybercrime cases filed against her.
The said hearing took place earlier today, June 4, at the Office of the City Prosecutor in Pasig City.
As seen in a tweet by ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, the parents of Eleila Santos, the 17-year-old girl whom Adarna called out on social media and tagged as a paparazzi, arrived at the Office of the City Prosecutor with their legal counsel for the said hearing. However, neither the sexy actress nor her counsel made an appearance.

According to PEP, the investigation prosecutor has scheduled another hearing to give Adarna a chance to air her side of the case.
It was on May 15 when Myra Abo Santos, mother of Eleila, filed the lawsuits against the sexy actress.
It is possible that the actress was not able to attend the hearing since her father, Alan Adarna, recently passed away due to apparent cardiac arrest.
Alan’s wake is currently held at Cosmopolitan Memorial Chapels, Inc. in Mandaue, Cebu.
The 30-year-old actress has not yet released any statement regarding the death of her father.
The Adarna family also requested for privacy during this time, reported ABS-CBN.
