Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu broke her silence on the shooting incident that involved her vehicle on Wednesday morning.
Chiu said that she is grateful for the text messages and calls she has been receiving after the incident.
She also confirmed that she was on the van together with her production assistant and driver when the shooting incident took place.

“I don’t have an idea what really happened, mistaken identity, I guess? Napag-tripan? It’s a bad joke,” Chiu wrote on her Instagram account.
Some celebrities already expressed concern for the actress.
“Glory praying for your safety, ate Kim,” Maymay Entrata commented.

“Kimmy I’m glad that you and your team are okay. God is great at binaba mo script at humiga ka! Love and Light to you, my dear,” Iza Calzado said.
Megan Young, Aiko Melendez, and Vina Morales also expressed their concern on Chiu’s safety.
