Saudi Arabia will have its first ever theme park and they wanted it with a real action — the longest, tallest, and fastest roller coaster in the world.
Inspired by the Arabian falcon, the ride named as “The Falcon’s Flight” will be one of the 28 attractions spread over six themed “lands” on a 32-hectare site at Qiddiya, located 40 kilometers west of Riyadh.
In a news release from Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC), it says that the park will be open early in 2023 as the construction has already begun.
Michael Reininger, Chief Executive Office of QIC, said the Six Flags Qiddiya theme park will be operated by Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, the world’s largest regional theme park company.

As a place that will create indelible memories and moments of delight, telling stories that resonate with our guests is a central notion that will be evident throughout Qiddiya,” said Reininger.
Still thinks the baddest roller coaster is peanuts? How about world’s tallest drop-tower ride?
This another record-breaking attraction will be called Sirocco Tower, which will be the located at City of Thrills land.
The theme park will also have five other lands namely Discovery Springs, Steam Town, Twilight Gardens, Valley of Fortune and Grand Exposition.
