Dubai: Having been conferred with the coveted commendation as the “Preferred Freight Forwarding Company of the Year” for the fifth time in a row at The Filipino Times Awards, LBC Express officials expressed gratitude to the Filipino community in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), saying: “We must be doing something right.”
This at hand, Mark Agalo-os, LBC Express VP for Middle East Operations, said they were overwhelmed with joy, noting that they won in the online poll participated in by some 76,000 overseas Filipino workers.
“We would like to thank the Filipino community for choosing us as a preferred brand. I think it’s about the service that we give our customers. We are a global brand. The service is really excellent. It has allowed us to win consecutively in the past five years and hopefully in the coming years,”Agalo-os said.
He said LBC Express has a lot in store. “One is we are providing warehousing and last mile delivery. These are services that the Filipinos have to watch out for,” he said.
LBC Sales and Marketing Senior Manager Allan Michael Bautista, for his part said: “This is one way of us knowing that we are doing the right thing and of course regardless of whether we win hindi naman magbabago ang kalidad ng serbisyo. We are always committed to our felow Filipinos.”
He added, “It means we are doing the right thing. Ginagawa naming syang inspirasyon para mas mapatibay pa at mapagbuti ang aming mga serbisyo.”
Bautista said LBC consistently winning the award since The Filipino Times’ inaugural event five years ago “just basically tells us we are in the right direction.”
“But more importantly, it tells us to constantly improve on the services and we know we are doing the right thing,” he added.
