Ajman Police rescues worker in distress, provides urgent aid for his sickness

Ajman Police swiftly acted upon learning about the pleas of an Asian worker who sought for their help on Twitter about his condition.
Ajman Police Criminal Investigation Department Deputy Director Major Mohamed bin Yafor Al Ghafli stated that their team headed immediately towards the worker’s accommodation located at the Al jarf industrial area 2 and coordinated with the Ajman Medical Zone to provide an emergency medical crew and ambulance.
In the message and on video, the south Asian worker was seen sincerely asking for help for another worker living in Ajman who had been experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the emirate.
The message also alleged that the company where the Asian was working for ‘is not caring’ at all for the worker.
“We have also communicated with the company representative and notified him to follow up on the workers’ health condition and provide them the required medical care in light of the current crisis,” Al Ghafli said according to a Khaleek Times report.
Medical staff found outt hat the man tested negative for the coronavirus, and was only suffering from seasonal flu and colds.
Al Ghafli urges company owners to regularly check up on their employees’ health especially during this time as part of their cooperation for the country’s preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19.
