The initiative is in line with RTA’s efforts to ease the pressure on delivery services offered by online shopping platforms and guarantee the public can receive their orders on time.
RTA has partnered with Union Coop Society and Emirates Post to provide this service.
The authority added that it has taken all precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being of both customers and drivers through contactless collection and delivery of orders.
