Authorities in China have already extended its travel restrictions to two more cities following the outbreak of the coronavirus there that has already infected more than 570 people.
The cities of Huanggang and Ezhou near the city of Wuhan were the latest cities included in the travel restriction.
According to the report of The New York Times, they will close down Huanggang by evening and shut rail stations in nearby Ezhou.
Reportedly, there are close to 20 million people in the three cities that are affected by this travel restriction.
As of this time, all flights to the city of Wuhan were canceled and residents are told not to leave the city.
The virus has already killed 17 people with the latest recorded deaths of eight people in the province of Hubei, according to a separate report by CNN.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is to yet to reconvene today in Geneva, Switzerland to discuss and decide whether this outbreak would be considered a global health emergency.
