The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) recorded the lowest temperature over the country in Jebel Jais Mountain at 4:15 AM.
NCM tweeted that the temperature at UAE’s highest peak in Ras Al Khaimah dropped as low as -0.1°C on Wednesday morning.

The Jebel Jais Mountain was covered with a white sheet of ice as seen in this video.
Meanwhile, NCM also posted on Twitter videos of persistent rain that battered several parts of Dubai.

The strong rain kept several roads drenched with water as vehicles passed by.
Authorities urged the motorists to drive carefully and follow the traffic rules.
