Flights to and from Orlando International Airport of Dubai-based Emirates have been canceled on September 2, the airline announced on Sunday.
The cancellation is due to the closure of the Orlando International Airport because of the incoming Hurricane Dorian, as per a report from Gulf News.
Affected Emirates flights are EK219 and EK220.
Those who booked for travel with Emirates on a ticket purchased before Aug. 30 and for travel up to September 4 may opt to change their flights up to seven days later than originally booked. They are advised to get in touch with their travel agent or booking offices to make the necessary changes.
Customers are also advised to check their flight status for the latest updates.
