Pool legend Efren ‘Bata’ Reyes settled for bronze on his latest bid in the Southeast Asian Games in the 1-cushion carom yesterday.
Reyes fell short of winning the gold from Vietnamese Dinh Nai Ngo, 100-14.
When asked if he would still play in the next SEA Games. Reyes said that remains to be seen.
“Di ko alam kung may laro pa ako o wala.Hindi ko alam kung magre-retire ako o hindi, pero siguro malapit na,” he said.
Reyes said that a lot of things have changed unlike his prime years when he was a four-time 8 ball champion.
Reyes added that he would continue his therapy after the game.
