President Bongbong Marcos said that the welfare of Filipinos in Malaysia is among the reasons why he embarked in a state visit to the ASEAN country.
Speaking before the Filipino community in Malaysia, Marcos said that the relations between Manila and Kuala Lumpur need to improve so that the welfare and safety of Filipinos in Malaysia may be enhanced.
Marcos said that his foreign trips brought investment pledges and more job opportunities for Filipinos.
