Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has announced Golden Visa and scholarships for exceptional students.
This came under an initiative to recognize, reward and honor excellent high school and college students.

Taking to Twitter on Sunday, Sheikh Hamdan said Dubai students who excel would be granted the Golden Visa and scholarships and the scholarships are for the highest Emirati Grade 12 college students, whereas the 10-year residency is for excellent expatriates and their households.
Sheikh Hamdan highlighted how His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has a vision for Dubai.
To grasp this imaginative and prescient, the emirate and the nation want certified cadres, he tweeted, while the authorities will give financial rewards to 50 high school students as well.

Scholarships to study in UAE-based or international universities will be offered to Emiratis as well with the Federal Authority for ID, Citizenship, Customs and Port Safety stating it might get in contact with the highest scorers concerning the process to grant them the Golden Visa.
The scholars’ households may also get the long-term residency while outstanding expatriate students will be given discounts to pursue their higher education in international university branches in Dubai.
